Profile

UX designer who starts with the job to be done, not the screen. Spends the first conversations on the task a person is trying to finish, then sketches the smallest flow that gets them there. At Paperkite Studio, partners with research and engineering so prototypes stay close to what can ship, and writes the decision next to the frame so the next designer does not have to guess.
