Project Description:

Global Translation Services includes a wide range of Unified Communication Solutions including IP communications, conferencing, messaging, and mobility. We perform end-to-end testing of Cisco Unified Communication/Telepresence environment and Provide Technical Support to Solution Engineer and Troubleshooting call flows. Cisco-Sony Interop Testing is to provide best Cisco solutions to existing Sony customers and increasing the demand of cisco products in Japan sales by our compatibility test report.

Responsibilities:

• Defining test cases, creating test scripts, analyzing bugs, interacting with dev teams in fixing errors and Performed GUI, functional, regression testing, system testing & user acceptance testing.

• Worked on Video endpoints (SX20, SX80, SX10, DX70, DX80, Webex room kit  Series, Webex board 55 ,MX300-G2) automation using Python Scripting Language with TNGpi Framework.

• Hands on Experience in Python Scripting language and Python with selenium for web UI automation.

Project Description:

The key objective of the project is to capture high prioritized solution test cases of SDWAN Solution Testing and write test scripts using Python Programming Language to reduce manual efforts. Also, we developed a small UI based application to generate vEdge devices configurations and it’ll automatically push the configuration to all the selected vEdge devices via vManage without manual interruption.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to independently interpret requirements and technical specification, translate into thorough test plans & test cases, and execute test cases.

• Validated Rest API services, used Postman for testing APIs, by sending requests to the web server, validating XML and JSON responses and understanding of HTTP code responses.

• Understanding of technical architecture - design patterns, and at ease working with technical architects.

• Good experience of automating REST API functional test cases using open-source tool, PyAts.

• Integrated with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins for running tests on regular basis automatically.

• Exceptional documentation skills for writing use cases and functional requirement documents as well as for creating Sequence diagrams, Flow diagrams based on UML Methodology and business process flow diagrams using MS Visio.

Project Description:

We’re the official testing team of the product Cisco Prime infrastructure. The purpose of the project is to test new and legacy features of each release by coordinating with developers, identify the defects and ensure it has fixed before releasing into production.

Responsibilities: (Handled Scale & Performance Testing of Cisco PI)

• Understand the business requirements from the customer/development team.

• Prepare master and functional test plans.

• Raise and track defects through defect management tools.

• Prepare the End of Test report documenting all the testing that was carried out and to facilitate a bug free implementation.

Role: Python Developer  (December 2021 – Present)

Project Description:

The project objective is to directly interact with stakeholders and assist them in optimising the claim handling activities thereby reducing the manual intervention needed in processing the claims.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Agile methodology ceremonies in development.

• Worked on Cloud Migration, Application Modernization, Data, and UI/UX.

• Worked on end-to-end development, testing and deployment.

• Assisted data scientists in deriving Python script to fetch operational data efficiently for data analysis from database using Python, Pyspark and Pandas.

• Used terraform scripts to create, update and deploy resources in AWS Cloud.

• Conducted demo of deliverables to stakeholders on a regular basis.
