Project Description :

Customer Portal application is used by customers for accessing their policy related details and performing online transactions.

It’s like virtual branch where customer can make payment, update personal information, view policy related documents, revive lapsed policies, raise service requests, submit feedback etc.

Customers are also able to perform operations like fund switch, premium redirection and top up for unit linked policies.

After performing transactions on portal Email and SMS confirmation is sent to customer.

Role :

As a team member, was responsible for,

• Involved in requirements gathering and solution design phase. Provide time estimation based on requirements.

• Development of the screens and business logic as per requirements.

• Developing Payment Gateway Integration.

• Communicating with database team for their requirements regarding table structures, functions and procedures.

• Unit testing of developed functionality. Also coordinating with testing and business team in functional testing.

• Worked on Scheduler to automatically create User Id for customer which are not registered on portal site yet and notify them via SMS and Email with there login details.

• Have made an effort to make support team’s work easy by making an Application by myself known as Issue Resolver whose focus is on resolving the issues that customer is facing. In that application one has to enter only policy number for which customer is facing the issue and on submit the policy will go through all the logic written in code and finally solution of the issue will be displayed.

Project 2: PAN Number Verification Service with NSDL’s Service

Project Description:

PAN Verification Service is use to verify customer’s PAN number and give details of customer such as Name, Middle Name, Last Name, DOB which is use to validate with the customer’s input details which has implemented and used in almost all the projects in TATA AIA company.

Project 3: Talent Assessment System.

Project Description :

This Project is aimed at Online Registration and Online Assessment for 500-700 candidates. In this project we have provided online registration form where candidates can register themselves for one or at the most two post and make online payment for the registered post. Before proceeding to the registration candidate get a validation form where they have to check if they are eligible for the selected post or not, the validation is depend on his/her age, caste category, degree percentage . Once the candidate is valid he can proceed to apply for one post then he/she will receive an email which will contain the Registration number and access key of the candidate and a link to make online payment for the post. Using the same registration number and access key the candidate can apply for second post and make payment for the same. After the registration we have created total 400+ assessment programmatically, as different test has be allotted to every candidate which is depend on the post selected by the candidate previously at the time of registration. In this we have provide center allotment functionally where we can allot center to the candidate where they will give there exam.Then after allotting the center we have provided the functionally to allotted Questions to the student according to the post selected the candidates. For adding the question as per the post we have given a TEST CREATOR login where we can created test and add question to the required assessment. Once all the candidate complete the assessment we can view the details of each candidate from admin login which will has view assessment tab where we can see the answers given by the candidate, the marks will get calculated automatically by checking the correction option from the database section-wise. Faced and overcome many challenges while developing this project.

Project Description :

This Project is aimed at Online Assessment for 200-400 students. In this project we have to upload student details in the database who will give the assessment, To Upload the details we gave the functionality to upload data using excel file where every student will get unique assess key via Email which will be use to login for assessment. Once the student login in the assessment using the access-key he will get a dashboard where all the course’s related to his assessment will be displayed. It is mandatory for the student to open and read all the courses at least once to give the assessment. A certificate attachment will be send automatically on his/her email after successfully clearing the exam.

Project Description :

This Project is aimed at managing and maintaining all the details regarding the Product(Project) which is delivered to the customers. This involved keeping all the records of the customer like which project is delivered to which customer, who is the POC of that project, We can add comment on each project and can save multiples files related to the project and we can download the file too. We have created 3 login for this project Super-Admin, Admin and employee where super admin and admin has the ability to add new users and employee can just add all the details.

Project Description :

The project was aimed at Migration of existing manual data entry forms into a Web based application , the banking application stores data shared with the RBI. This involved development of UI for the 35 forms and, development of business logic to process data before storing the same in the database. The software developed also had an ability to retrieve data stored in the database and generate Jasper reports for criteria selected by the user e.g. date range and version of data.
