In Silico discovery of Multi target inhibitors for proteins in mycobacterium Tuberculosis

The aim of this study is towards screening of Oleanic Acid, Licarin Acid and ursolic Acid against different proteins of mycobacterium tuberculosis using In-silico approaches. Autodock was used to screen these phyto constituents .

In Silico drug designing of potential drug of Huntington Disease

In this project we will  design the drug that may be proved as a potential cure for the Huntington disease we generally worked on nearly 600-800 compounds and find the Potential drug that can be check in wet lab for the Huntington disease.  

DRPSAS(DNA,RNA,PROTEIN Sequence Analysis Software)

This software analyze the sequence of DNA,RNA and protein and extract and identify information about them like Pairwise align sequence , Isoelectric point , Translation ,Pattern matching using KMP etc .

This project will interact with the user and answer to their questions that are related to the medical field like question about disease etc. It is basically a medical Chatbot
