I developed excellent marketing and research skills when I served as a member of the Marketing team, where I assisted in online campaigning for the company. I made quirky adverts which were circulated on Facebook. I developed the confidence of communicating and understanding the need of the clients when I served as a member of the Customer Service team, where I was entrusted with the responsibility to analyze the effectiveness of the Grievances redressal mechanism of the company. As a part of this exercise I also prepared a questionnaire which was completed by almost 50 clients and prepared a report on how to improve the redressal platform. • I developed a hands-on experience of working on Microsoft power point while I served as a member of the Sales team, where I assisted the project manager in conducting a survey focused on modifying the designs of the smart cookers sold by the company, I prepared a few presentations for various retail businesses, focusing mainly on the ways to enhance the sale of the company.

I was entrusted with the responsibility of organizing the event. I was the first contact point for any issues in the management of the Conference. I assisted in designing the invitation templates and campaigned about the event on various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The conference was not just a huge success, but it also honed my management skills. I am now much more able to manage multiple tasks successfully.
